Marisa Paula Walker is the Senior VP for Infrastructure at the Arizona Commerce Authority, where she focuses on the intersection of economic development and transportation innovation. Her management portfolio includes the Institute of Automated Mobility (IAM), initiatives to bolster Unmanned Aircraft System testing and deployment within the State (AZSkyTech), and the Smart Borders initiative to transform border commercial throughput and management. She leverages strategic relationships to advance infrastructure strategies and investments in key areas such as the CANAMEX Corridor, the recently designated Interstate 11, and multimodal logistic centers. Ms. Walker served as the Executive Director for the Arizona Governor’s CANAMEX Task Force and held advisory positions at the University of Arizona on Arizona-Mexico and NAFTA issues.
